lmao are you serious?? Ron Paul is like one of the most conservative congressmans in office. You don't even understand the meaning of liberal and conservative.

he wants to pull out of Iraq, advocates for diplomacy over military action and believes in deregulating the government. There is a few liberal policies for you. But watching it again I can see some conservative ideas there, eg. anti-abortion.

he wants to pull out of Iraq because it's an unconstitutional war where the president declared war rather than consulting the congress. A true conservative foreign policy is against military involvement and limited involvement foreign affairs. I don't think you understand traditional conservatism over contemporary neo-conservatism.
