I took this video yesterday while I was skiing down the Massif hill of Charlevoix, the beautiful mountain area less than an hour's drive east of Québec City. The last moments of the clip is where I lost a knee!! :-) Maybe because I wanted to camcorde a colorful! ship in the lake or maybe because I saw the SLOW sign and I got scared or whatever... I lost my control and fell over and my left knee was severely twisted. At the time of posting this video, I still have much pain in my knee and I don't know what would be the results of the x-ray test, but the final result especially the 30 seconds from 0:50 to 1:20 is a true reliever for me! :-)
