A properly focused >40mW laser can do that. But since warn lasers sells low quality lasers, you can expect about 50mW of green light mixed in with 100mW of IR that will give you a total performance of 150mW for about 10 seconds. I would really suggest you spending your hard, earned money on a company like CNI(.com) or Dragonlasers(.com)
