I saw this video somewhere else on youtube. they were saying the tunnel runs under a river or something. I guess every now and then it leaks and when it leaks when it's freezing out...well ya know.

Atmospheric conditions in the tunnel mixed with poor road surface due to oil and fuel spillages from accidents but most of all idiots driving too fast, no matter what country its from.
