It is still uncommon to see African or Black people in china - much less in beijing- unless you are in Sanlitun/Embassy Area or a tourist area. So most regular beijingners only see images of Africans and Blacks from American TV shows - hmmm and we all know that the images usually involve them either singing, killing, doing drugs, dancing, or acting like complete clowns. This store sells "love" things - like cutsey teddy bears and fun toys. Interesting to see that it's only these two "reggae" colored charicatures who are dancing and smoking reefers - and oh yes singing "row-row-row your boat."

i was pointing out a stupid sterotype that all asians know kung fu which is not true! so wtf r you talkin about it not bad to learn anything that is good there nothing wrong with kung fu its a good thing to learn.
there's nothing wrong with knowing kung fu, but there is something wrong when you exaggerate peoples looks and play it off as ugly in all the media you can.
So the female one was singing "Row row row your boat"? That is strange. I am not making the connection between being Jamacain and singing that song. Insteresting shop, indeed!
