Vince Ricci Stanford B.A. (History) '92 NYU M.A. (Educational Technology) '01 Admissions Consultant Part-time Lecturer, The University of Tokyo
A career educator, Vince earned his History BA from Stanford University, which awarded him the James W. Lyons Award for Service. He later received a Distinguished Teaching Award from the State of Louisiana and Non-Profit Program of the Year for his direction of Newman Summerbridge in New Orleans.
While completing his MA in Educational Communication & Technology at NYU, Vince served as a Founding Technologist at Columbia University's Center for New Media Teaching & Learning. He also provided salesforce automation training for Pfizer and conducted market research for interactive exhibit pioneer Edwin Schlossberg.
Vince was originally brought to Tokyo in 2002 for an educational consulting project. While working at Japan's largest graduate and MBA admissions service, he jointly managed a million-dollar counseling business. In 2007, he started his own admissions consultancy.
In his off-season, Vince serves as a part-time lecturer at the University of Tokyo. He also provides pro bono resume and interview training to graduates of The Japan Exchange and Teaching (JET) Programme.
