Impacts of Regulatory Policies on the Biofuels Industry
On Thursday, May 21, 2009, at 10:00 a.m., the U.S. House Committee on Small Business, Subcommittee on Regulations and Healthcare will hold a hearing entitled Impacts of Outstanding Regulatory Policy on Small Biofuels Producers and Family Farmers. The Subcommittee will hear testimony from the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), the U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA), renewable fuels producers and family farmers on outstanding regulatory issues impacting the domestic biofuels industry.
