Three dimensional moving paintings with music by Chocolate Tannoy. I am a contemporary artist, working in a unique way that I developed through my background in marine film and photography. My paintings, both moving and traditional, are intended to explore sights, sounds and feelings of being under water through their depth and movement.

I create my imagery by painting, with inks, dies and paints within a fluid medium in three dimensions. Being within a liquid, the painting is continually in movement and it is that movement which I capture in the moving versions, or freeze in the static versions.

I have recently finished a commission for a Hollywood feature film starring Hugh Jackman and Rachel Weisz in the film 'The Fountain' which is released in November in the US. More of my work can be seen at www.chrisparksart.com (less info)
