The car does 15mpg in normal driving.

First video of the Bugatti Veyron GT EB1250 with flyby
This is the first Bugatti Veyron to get the GT upgrade, Bugatti is calling it a EB1250 at this time, so I think it has 1250BHP.

There is NO official statement from Bugatti about a Veyron GT. Only specualtion from less reputable sites.
If you turn the wheel about 15 degrees in top speed mode, it will automatically take you out of it. A safety measure.
