In Ghost with Patrick Swayze, every time someone bad died, the black shadows from hell would come out and moan like hell, attacking the freshly dead guy. Scared the hell out of me.

The Are You Afraid Of The Dark theme video scared the shit outta me. Terminator did a lot too when he rises from the ashes and starts chasing them.

the movie E.T scared the shit out of me when i was younger. Also the creepy spider thing in toy story. ummmmm what else.... oh yeah, at the end of Indiana jones 3, where the guy drinks the stuff and turns into a skeleton and shit. Thats freaky
