That could be ACORN, speaking last year about your adamant refusal to release your tapes uneditied. I wonder what Katherine Conway Russel or Juan Carlos Vera would say about the value of releasing the full account of what happened?

James claimed on hannity that other reporters, including ACORN and NBC, used wire-tapping. Here's the breaks buddy: if youre going to use a wire, you have to be trained, certified and have probable cause. It's not something you can do just for kicks, especially in encounters where confidentiality is a given. I guess you didnt bother to investigate wire-tapping laws, nor did you bother to investigate the legitimate ways of engaging in human research.

Funny how Breitbart is using the "dont rush to judgment" line right now... he completely ripped apart that argument when it was applied to the heavily-edited tapes that James circulated about ACORN. He was okay with rushing to judgment when it meant piecing together bits of conversation to pre-suppose an illegal activity by ACORN staff, without actually having any undoctored evidence. He flew off his rocker blowing steam about "ACORNs illegal activities"... now his protege's have been caught in a real (versus contrived) crime.... very well deserved, if not completely ironic.
