Thank you for subscribing! You'll get there. Just keep going no matter what. If you go off track just get right back on. I've gotten to my goal but I still have misteps. So I keep telling myself to not think about my last meal but to think about my next. So if I made a bad decision I don't beat myself up about it and tell myself I can't do this. Get healthy. I just keep going.
