Hi i. i got ma blue belt red tags for taekwondo. (only 3 from Black!:)) im training with the scottish squad and doing great at the competitions. although a cuple of weeks ago at squad training i sustained a bad groin injury and wont be trainin til till anuther cuple of weeks. its not that bad now though. Btw Hows ursel??
