In playing games since I was 2 years old, I have NEVER played a game as hard as this one. The utter irony with the final boss is, he's simply your auxiliary, just a part of you. So in other words, the only boss suitable for a game as hard as this is, basically, the character.

I've seen the Japanese (unedited) version, with a knife and purple blood. It is gory, I suppose. Removing that got it past with a "T" rating, but this version is far, FAR more disturbing.
