@sirenzHD Try to mix pull ups in with pushups. You'll see much better results. Do supersets, for example, 40 pushups then 10 pull ups. 5 of those and you got yourself a workout.
@musicduct Ditto. I've been doing strictly push ups and other calisthenic workouts for years. Modify the grip, wider for chest, narrower for triceps. Same for pull ups - narrow for bigger arms and wider for bigger back. If you really want to go crazy and are strong enough, do 1 handed push up...
