DC Training, Pulley extensions
My worst bodyparts, TRICEPS!! I severly tore both triceps. I have only half a tricep in each arm. This is my weakest (and smallest) bodypart.

Machine Laterals 170 pounds for 14 reps
Machine Laterals 170 pounds for 14 reps. The machine only goes up to 200 pounds so I'm hoping I will be doing 200 for 12 reps in a couple months.
