Laptop F keys have two functions on them. One of them is ilustrated by little pictures below the "F1, F2, F3...." text. It's usually toggled with a FN Lock key. So try to find that on your keyboard and turn it off :)

At 11:20, just a small tip. It would have been a good idea to repair that ram with a villager before trying to destroy the other 2 towers. Siege equipement and boats can all be repaired by villagers. Sometimes it's a good idea to even have some villagers with you on a siege to make your trebuche...

Regarding the marks on the doors - When it says "door to Sadrith Mora, Wolverine hall", that means the indoor part of the W. Hall, but when it says "door to Wolverine hall", that means the external cell called "Wolverine hall"
