Hi Court,
Long time lurker here. Congrats on # 2! If you want to minimize pre-e in this pregnancy, make sure you are getting at least 4,000 IU of vitamin D. Prenatal vitamins don't have nearly enough vit. D. Have your D levels checked, especially if you tend to stay out of the sun.
