Zna is professional fitness master, Certified in Exercise Physiology. She was trained by some of the foremost PHDs in Exercise Physiology and Nutritional Sciences. A professional in her field, she invested years in studying the body and has conducted extensive research in customizing exercises to create her own powerful trade secrets to health.
