About Me:

You know those sheep in Matthew 25 that are separated from the goats by Jesus? I am one of those sheep. To be more exact, I am a 5-point Calvinist who believes that the charismatic gifts are still in operation today. Although I fall into the Calvinist worldview, I prefer not to call myself a Calvinist. People often get confused and assume that a Calvinist is someone who follows John Calvin, which is inaccurate. Therefore, I call myself a Christian who is reformed in my theology. I believe the Bible to be the authoritative, inerrant, infallible, unchanging Word of God. Everything I believe must be within the scope of Christian Orthodoxy. I do not claim that I have the Bible 100% figured out. Thank God that He allows a difference on matters of opinion concerning non-essentials if one is convinced in his own mind from examining the scriptures (Rom. 14:1-12). Like Jesus and the apostles, I engage in discussions and debates with others to present the gospel while exposing error. The Bible is the standard of righteousness and truth. Christians should use it, under the authority of Jesus, to defend the faith. I died at the cross; it is no longer I who live, but Christ in me. I have been made a new creature, not by anything I accomplished but according to His good purpose. I am born again only because God has taken out my heart of stone and has replaced it with a heart of flesh. He alone receives the credit and glory leaving me no room to boast. In fact, God chooses us for salvation (2 Thess. 2:13-14). If you deny that God elects and predestines, I would strongly urge you to study the list of verses I have listed on my channel:

IT IS GOD WHO:
- draws people to Himself (John 6:44,65).
- creates a clean heart (Psalm 51:10).
- appoints people to believe (Acts 13:48).
- works faith in the believer (John 6:28-29).
- chooses who is to be holy and blameless (Eph. 1:4).
- chooses us for salvation (2 Thess. 2:13-14).
- grants the act of believing (Phil. 1:29).
- grants repentance (2 Tim. 2:24-26).
- calls according to His purpose (2 Tim. 1:9).
- causes us to be born again (1 Pet. 1:3).
- predestines us to salvation (Rom. 8:29-30).
- predestines us to adoption (Eph. 1:5).
- predestines us according to His purpose (Eph. 1:11).
- makes us born again not by our will but by His will (John 1:12-13).

IT IS MAN WHO:
- is deceitful and desperately sick (Jer. 17:9).
- is full of evil (Mark 7:21-23).
- loves darkness rather than light (John 3:19).
- is unrighteous, does not understand, does not seek for God (Rom. 3:10-12).
- is helpless and ungodly (Rom. 5:6).
- is dead in his trespasses and sins (Eph. 2:1).
- is by nature a child of wrath (Eph. 2:3).
- cannot understand spiritual things (1 Cor. 2:14).
- is a slave of sin (Rom. 6:16-20).

Jesus didn't die on the cross merely to make it 'possible' for you to become saved. Jesus actually accomplished something ("It is finished") -- He purchased the church (the sheep) with His blood once for all. If salvation is based upon your "free will" choice, then you're saying that Jesus' sacrifice on the cross doesn't become effectual until YOU 'do' something. It's pitiful what people do in order to protect their ear-tickling, seeker-friendly theology.

Hey man, I was just checking out your claims that the Catholic Church did not give us the Bible. You have fallen into error and I would like very much to discuss this with you. I am a Catholic Seminarian. God Bless and I look forward to hearing from you.

Anyone found the passage I was in need of? I guess I'll just have to search the Bible throughout myself... *sigh*

zkueker88 or anyone else who knows the bible well, I've a request for you:

I so badly want to find the verse that basically says this: "What one considers bad, is sin for him/her."
I know it's somewhere there, but cannot find it... The verse is SO IMPORTANT because it proves that even for example Catholics can be saved, IF they do not honestly feel any guilt for what they're practising!

Please help me finding this verse! God bless.

Atheism isn't a cult. Christian fundies and their tons of variants and sects could much more easily be called cults.

So I'll just say it as you did. You = cultist.

vaan1236: not once did I ever say that Catholics are going to hell. If I did, show me where (quote me).
