Hey, ich würde gerne mal wissen ob du diese Muskeln mit zusätzlichen Proteinen aufgebaut hast oder nur mit natürlichen wie z.B. Quark, und wie lange und wie oft du dafür trainiert hast ? Würde mich über eine Antwort freuen Lg.
