On Erev Tish'a Be'av, a group read Eichah (Lamentations) at the Talpiyot promenade with a clear view to the Old City. Some Arabs were kicking a ball around, making it difficult to hear the reading. Now I know why they were disrespectful. They disrespect their own house of worship, too.
