I am sending you a video idea that I did the other day, it was much harder than I thought it would be!
I suggest you make a video of you taking a bra that you no longer want (we all have at least one that we never intend to wear again!) and rip it to shreds!
Nothing icky, no nudity, wear it over a tshirt or dont even wear it just hold it and just tear it up
I had the wire in my bra break through the side of the bra and poke me for like 2 hours before I could get home and take it off.
When I finally got home and took it off I took out my revenge on the bra! I ripped it into literally shreds! I could not believe how hard it was.
It doesnt matter if it is a training bra or a bra that you just dont ever plan to wear again. Rip it up and lets see if it is as hard for you to do as it was for me to do! It was quite funny!
