Luis Salgado como Coreografo y maestro invitado de D1 en Peru es Entrevistado junto a Vania Masias directora general del programa de la ONG y D1 Dance.
Vania estudió en el Colegio Villa María. Egresada de la Facultad de Administración de Empresas de la Universidad del Pacífico, ha sido alumna de intercambio de la Universidad de Maastricht en Holanda. Actualmente comparte su vida profesional con el ballet y la danza. Recientemente ha sido reclutada por el el Cirque du Soleil
En el 2005 formó el grupo "Ángeles de Arena" con jóvenes acróbatas de las calles de Lima y también creó la escuela y compañía de baile D1-Dance. A principios del 2006 forma parte del elenco de la obra musical "Broadway Nights".
Luis Salgado ha sido reconocido recientemente por su quehacer artístico, su disciplina y dedicación. Su participación en el mundo de Broadway le ha expuesto a los medios y las nuevas puertas que cada día se le abren a este joven lleno de pasión. Su interés por el arte surge desde los 9 años, ya a los 17 tenía su propia academia y una compañía de baile en Puerto Rico. Como actor, coreógrafo y bailarín ha participado en eventos industriales, fílmicos, comerciales y su desarrollo en las tablas ha sido a paso firme por los últimos 10 años. (more)

Vania Masias y Luis Salgado son entrevistados en el programa Oh Diosas en Peru.
Vania estudió en el Colegio Villa María. Se inició en el Ballet en la escuela de Lucy Telge en 1987. Participó en el Concurso Latinoamericano Infantil de Ballet en dos oportunidades, ganando la primera vez Medalla de Plata y luego la Medalla de Oro. A los diez años fue enviada a Cuba a estudiar con Laura Alonso. A partir de allí paso la mitad del año estudiando en Lima y la otra mitad en Boston y en Chicago bailando.
Desde el año 1997 participa en roles de Primera Bailarina con el Ballet del Teatro Municipal de Lima. Incursionó con éxito en la danza contemporánea con la destacada bailarina-coreógrafa Yvonne von Mollendorf, representando al Perú en festivales de la principales ciudades de Alemania, Italia, España y Aruba. A los quince participó en el Prix de Lausanne, el mundial más importante de danza, viajó a Suiza y a Moscú.
