I understand that he wants to sell pak mei, and I don't disagree with most of what was said. It is a very impressive style. However southern praying mantis, which is now Henry Sue's circular tong long is just as if not many times more effective

I've been reading comments, either people recognize the efficiency of this style and understand that there is an internal aspect that dominates the style.
