Interesting, when I ask of Christians about this virgin birth of Jesus they send me to Isaiah Ch 7, V14, they tell me that the virgin birth was a prophecy. You tell me no male was qualified to father Jesus but his mother, Mary was good enough. This does not justify the case for the virgin birth because the former prophets of Israel and of your own Islam teach that purity and high spiritual qualities come from God, Gods message and Knowledge not from birth. Also, the concept of virgin birth originates in Paganism not Monotheism. How do you explain this? Also, how do Muslims define the concept of Messiah? Why is Jesus a Prophet in Islam?

Honestly I don't really care what people argue, I try my best to reason and research, think and develop my understanding of reality and truth. I have read the Torah, Prophets and the writings of the Jewish holy texts. I have read the NT. I have read the Quran. I know that Judaism is false from a historical and scientific perspectives. I have to reject Christianity from a historical, scientific and theological perspectives. Now I'm asking you about Islam. How do Muslims define the concept of Messiah? Why do Muslims claim that Jesus was a Prophet? Why do Muslims claim that Jesus was born of a virgin (Virgin births are of pagan origins) I know why paganism exists in the NT, but what is it doing in the Quran? Thank you for you time

Why do I ask of the critic? Because no Muslim has answered my question. I've asked Jews about Jesus, they told me he was not a prophet or the Jewish Messiah. Christians tell me that he was the Jewish Messiah. I know that the Quran says that he was the Messiah. But I don't know how Muslims define the concept of Messiah. Or why do Muslims believe that Jesus is a prophet when they reject the NT? Can you answer the questions?
