Unreliable??? I've spent so many times standing at a customer's door, know that they are home and don't answer. Than they call complaining to our supervisor that we didn't wait long enough at the door. How long would you like us to wait for your signature?

Letter carriers have a hard enough job, babysitting on the job is too much

Not to mention sick relief carriers, we have no idea of the area. And if you can't find the time to clear your mailbox for whatever reason, we are directed not to deliver. I would like to go home safe at night, doesn't everyone?

Posting on the web that you opened mail other than your own? STUPID. That is a felony charge and your ip address can be traced.

I'm so sorry you had to go through that. I had the vet come to our house for our boy, heartbreaking but I held him to his last breath.
