Clapton touring as Derek and the Dominoes (no Allman, just EC)....straight from the soul pyrotechnics, no encore...left it all on the stage, the real deal...no sense in trying to compare that heart or playing....and I saw Cream twice....

I had a photo studio upstairs from Newman in the Designers Co-op, enjoyed Irish coffee (strong on the Irish) with him in the mornings. I used to have a photo of me playing the Petty guitar, can't believe I lost it! I hope he'll be out and about someday soon....
