Do they just sit and watch instuments? Read books?

I got the exact same setup as you, except bear insted of randalls, and i can do small standups, but i always seem 2 get thrown off the front of the board, is it 1. because im not going fast enough, or 2. because my weight distribution is wrong, or 3, my foot positioning?
