You are never going to get it exactly the same, but this definitely qualifies as Avatar inspired.

They are both great vehicles.

The Discovery takes it for me as it is so competent on road. However as it says in the video, the Toyota may well prove more reliable in the long term.

Tough call.....but I'd still choose the Discovery.

Any machine can suffer failure and the reliability record of aircraft is very good, many crashes are due to terrorism.

Not sure these have airbags, my 2005 model Elise111s doesn't have any.

I sold my Ferrari and bought one of these (well, the 111s version)

Obviously it's not a Ferrari, nothing is, but the Elise is a genuine supercar that you might conceivably be able to afford.

We've got the same boat but with the Mercury 6hp.

With this engine it will manage about 15mph on the GPS with 2 of us on board. I fancy the Tohatsu 9.8 2-stroke (same weight, about 26kg) which should really make it fly!
