Hello! My name is Sanna, and i live in the northern part of Sweden... Health,both physichal and psychological , spirituality, and self development are things that is really important to me. For a long time I have been searcing for answers, trying to find the truth outside of myself. I feel that the more I read to get answers, the less I seem to know, atleast with my intellect, I only get more and more questions. But, that is at the same time the beauty of it, of realizing that I don´t know. On a deeper level I do know, we all do. But that is not the knowledge of the thought, of the ego, but a deeper, inner knowing that always is and always has been. That inner knowing, that feeling that I get more and more often, tells me what ´s really important. It is not all the material things we want, the things we buy, our outer appearance, or how we judge our selves and others. It is about appreciating everything in our lives, all the small things, being in the moment, in the now, to meditate, and to practise prescence. To be joyful, loving, and to see the beauty of every one, everything, and of every single moment.
