1-dosn't wiiflow supose to run games from hdd?

problim still unsolve lol sorry for my newbish but i make a floder call apps on the sd root and i put homebrew_browser_v0.3.9c file on it and when i put the sd card on my wii and enter the HbC i only see a blue screen with bubbles there is no apps or anything lol but ty i'll go goggle it :))
