I was 5 in 1961 when my Dad bought me this LP. Even though the boy was a bit pitchy in his vocal performances, I remember it as a fun album. Thanks for posting.

I caught the Infinity tour at Angel Stadium in Anaheim, Ca. Steve came out on a couple of occasions, but 75% of the concert was just the 4 of them jamming to tunes off of the 1st 3 albums. It would have been amazing to have footage or audio released of that tour.

Great song!! I caught Chicago at the Greek Theater in Los Angeles in Aug 1972 supporting Chicago V. They played the entire album sans "Alma Mater". Unfortunately, quite a few songs from III were dropped to make room for these, but it was a great outdoor concert that night anyway.

Chicago - "Free" (slowed down 800x)
Chicago makes some of the best prog-jazz fusion out there, but they also make a kick-ass and very horrifying ambient track.

Very beautiful, indeed. Even though I'm a native Southern Californian, we visited my grandparents, The Hawleys, a number of times in the 60s & 70s. I believe they lived on the northern part of the island near a place called Pioneer Camp. This island will always hold a special place with me as wel...
