No, because the cutscene is a video whereas the game is different, it's animated polygons moving around. Takes a lot more power to run that. This game could easily have a cutscene from a modern Pixar movie, that doesn't mean it's good graphics. Know the difference before you say it's "lazy".

Actually, it should be mentioned that most of the best sega saturn games are really expensive due to being rare. Panzer Dragoon Saga, Shining Force 3 for starters. PDS is considered the best on the console and that's like, what, $80-$100 last time I checked.
