Jake's daily training program is something like this:
6 AM- Has a couple of raw eggs and milk
6:30AM -- works out at home
7 AM- begins private schooling
9 AM -- Runs
9:30 -- Show and Tell
11:30 AM - high protein lunch
1:30 PM -- Power Nap
3:00 PM -- Runs
5:00 PM -- learns economics by going to Wal-Mart with his Mom
5:30 PM -- High carb low fat dinner
6:00 PM—Equipment maintenance classes with Dad
7:00 PM -- rides laps until dark
9:00 PM -- Watches videos of practice and critics
9:30 PM - Bedtime
This is a 24x7 schedule, no free time and no weekends off. It's a tuff life but as a three year old he made his decision to dedicated his life to being the best motocross racer he could be and I think he should be commended for his commitment.
