Thanks for the hands-on demo about the wire gauge! I'm planning my system now and probably found the same 'recommended' wire gauge charts for DC wiring vs distance. Your 60' example is a greater length than mine will have to be but I think I'll stick to 10 gauge.

I agree, this is NOT a flush of the system. The radiator can become a battery if the coolant gets too old or nasty. I'm glad I do my own car repairs and that I'm not paying this knuckle head to "flush" my radiator.
