On January 17th, 1893, a small group of Williamsport women realized the need to look after young persons in the community. One hundred and twelve years later, that tradition continues at the YWCA of northcentral pa. Although, we no longer serve only young persons of the community, our programs have grown to serve the community as a whole.

Our programs and services focus on these major areas: domestic violence services, residential and bridged-housing, advocacy and prevention based programs. The ywca of northcentral pa also offers the young and the young at heart, a warm water pool with a variety of classes for both males and females.



The ywca of northcentral pa provides services to: Bradford, Center, Clinton, Columbia, Lycoming, Montour, Northumberland, Snyder, Sullivan, and Union Counties.
