That is actually quite a toughie, I think for the part of the wand that you hold, a wood pole, you can get them in any crafts store, and paint it gold.
For the ball, a crystal ball like a fortune teller uses would be great, you can get them on eBay. The first few that show up are very expensive, but keep going and you'll find some for around 10 euro including shipping.
For the rings around the ball, get "boning" from a fabric store. Its like a wire, its put into corsets and clothes like that to make them stiff. And get ribbon that is thicker than the boning, and cover the boning over with the ribbon using glue.
I suggest using a hot glue gun to glue the pieces together.
Do you need any more help? I would do a tutorial but I'm having a lot of issues with my camera!! Thats why I havent showed the sailor collar video yet, I#vce shot half of it... :/

sorry for the late reply. yeah the clips can be hard to get a hold of. i get most of my pictures from mangafox.com. but some of them i got from google images. i finished a video :) its not the one i originally was working on but the idea came to yesterday and i got it finished today. i just hope it uploads ok.

its coming along alright. i have plenty (actually probably too many) Akito manga pics. now im looking for pics of the other characters. it became too tedious to look through the manga for everything and i am having trouble getting the anime clips on my computer. if u have any advice on how to get clips that will work on WLMM i would appreciate it.
