Since I have been designing my own pattern flies called Yong's flies in early 1980's, when I lived in Denver, my success of catching trout become very easy even now anywhere trout reside, furthermore 7 out of 12 of my patterns were exposed on Fly Fisherman magazine more than decade ago.
I am a licensed guide on the San Juan and have been teaching AK Fly Fishing System from beginners to experts, 5 yrs old to 96 yrs young, for last 16yrs or so.
Use genuine Yong's flies and learn how to use them properly from the originator that will make you catch more trout rest of your life time rather than just enjoying the scenery when you go fishing.
