thats why I ditched the whole van thing a while ago. well one my sound equipment will not fit in my van anymore. and I use a 20ft trailer now so that way if my truck breaks down I can borrow one from someone else to tow my trailer.

for the fire alarm what fluid do you use? oil based I find the water based stuff does not set off the alarms. @kiodo99 I hear that from alot of students the problem is the DJ's that spend the money to build a system like that are usually the better ones who know what they are doing and will charge a higher rate...I even give schools a discount but alot of times they will still go with someone even cheape...

the first thing is ditch the hood when your out. that will hold alot of heat in. than as said before open the first few clips of your gear it will help let the heat out. but as we all know the vapor barrier does its job lol not letting vapor in and not out either.

Why do you use your aux send for effects? why not just use the I/O on the board for the channel you want to send to the effects unit? and than route it back into the board. also why would you put the driverack on the stage? I have seen others do this as well. that is a FOH piece that way incase y...
