Hey Bro thanks so much for posting vids on the trucking industry and your experience.  I just completed CDL school, got my L's and now I will be hitting the road with a trainer pretty soon. So looking forward to hitting the open road. Be safe out there and praying for you.

Today was my first day of orientation with SWIFT in Fontana. Cant wait to get on the rroad! You shoulda mentioned the FaceTime app, and/or Tango which works on the iphone and android phones! Video calls are great with family!

Interesting, anyway Id also like to know why you didnt go through all your training with Swift? Do you think it would be better to go through another school then attempt to get hired on? to my understanding if you train with Swift you re pretty much hired on, is this true?

@Single4ever4lovesake CONGRATS!! the toughest part in the beginning was controlling my nerves while in Orientation. All the anticipation and hoping that everything would turn out ok. From there it was hoping I would get a good mentor and from there (luckily i had a great mentor) it was soaking up everything and trying to jump in (talking to dispatch the costumer, doing the PTI, doing the Macros, Trip Planning) pretty much everything. I wanted to make progress so I just went for it! Your gonna do GREAT! just soak it up and retain... practice practice practice ok :) go get it! -E

@Jko3139, how are you my friend :) I defiantly got a set of walkie talkies haha.. I noticed since my first student that i lost my voice pretty fast, so I got some little talkies and they work excellent haha, I'll be emailing you down the road my friend I hope your doing well :)
