Here, is a story, about..a regular kid, a gamer, who just, happens to be in the right place at the wrong time. I had to keep saying " the man, and the kid" so people would know which one i was talking about. Then " the man" is a guy who just recently got out of jail, its his sons bday, and he knows that his son wants this game, so he plans to rob it from the store, but before he can get it, a boy comes in the store and buys the game. The man must have the game, and what happens is sad, but the twist at the end is what make this a better story

Also the rhyme scheme in Inspektahs verse on Triumph of course is a brilliant example. So is Em's verse in Renegade.
Normally in a verse I like content communicated strongly through a display of technical ability, not watered down by going too far with multis and such. Just conveying your message perfectly through lyricism, not rhyming words for the sake of rhyming etc.
I'd say Big Pun's verse on Brave in the Heart, Nas verse on Verbal Intercourse. I also like Eminem's first verse on Renegade. I like RA the Rugged Man's verse on Vietnam Story. I like Big's last verse on Everyday Struggle. Inspektah Deck's verse on Triumph.
Those are just a few off top, there are too many, those are just from the nineties/early 2000s (most of em). There are way more both in the nineties, early 2000 and even later on.
