Docema produces historical documentary films featuring extraordinary computer graphic simulations, unique expert interviews, and carefully researched recreations. Our current project is the series Broadside: The Influence of Sea Power on History. The first episode tells the story of the worldwide Anglo-Dutch conflicts of the 17th century and shows "How New Amsterdam became New York." Our first production, Damrell's Fire, is a compelling documentary about America's century-long battle against city-destroying fires; it aired nationwide in April and May 2006.
