About this user

Creating a shared social environment in museums and galleries has been emerging as a major contemporary art form. Based on the implications of this creative direction as significant and historical, in my first three relational art projects FiBi Concrete Interactive, Laughter Sanctus and YLaughter, I transformed gallery spaces into interactive and informal cafe(FiBi Concrete Interactive) ; a place for laughter yoga combined with a photo studio(Laughter Sanctus), a game room for laughter ball game and laughter shopping(YLaughter), in order to induce shared creativity, spontaneous fun, conversations, discussions and interviews.
YLaughter, most recent ongoing series of a cross-media public art project, is about stories of laughter and laughter game. Reflecting new trends in audio visual culture and new media, I, as the storytelling architect of this project, intend to collaborate with sound artists, creative technologists and programmers interested in transmedia production. Interactive sensor technology for interactive installation, performance and storytelling will be the main frame. In addition, the integration of distinct platforms such as ARG gaming, iPhone application and innovative use of the Web, will also be explored to enhance the impact of the event on the crowd. It is intended to be a transmedia storytelling and performative experiment, focusing on the meaning of Laughter. It will then culminate with the release of a documentary, an alternate reality game, and a novel in the future.
The main purpose of the YLaughter Series is to establish an open society where there exists no cultural, ethnic or generational boundaries by the use of shared laughter.
