לערבים ביו"ש יש כבר זכות הצבעה, הם מצבעים לפרלמנט ולנשיאות של הרשות הפלסטינית, אם בכלל מתקיימות בו בחירות. יש לרשות הפלסטינית ריבונות על שטחי A ושטחי B שגריריות במדינות שונות.

אנחנו צריכים לספח את כל המקומות שבהם אין בכלל ערבים ביו"ש ולבוא איתם במסע ומתן על מה שנשאר אחר כך.
