Healthy Options Holidays offer yoga holidays with a twist.

Based on the stunning Greek island of Lefkas in the beautiful fishing village of Vassiliki Healthy Options holidays include in their holiday packages not only yoga, but Pilates, body conditioning, Aqua-aerobics, belly-dancing and other fitness classes, as well as cycling, walking, Sea safaris and sailing and kayaking taster sessions for those who want to try out something different.

The basic 'package' with all of the above including flights and accommodation 50 yards from the beach starts at only £499 -- unbeatable value when many holidays with much less on offer cost the same but then you have to buy your own flights on top!

One of the highlights of a week's stay with Healthy Options is the unique 'Sea Safari'. This excursion in a RIB (rigid inflatable boat) visits 3 different islands during the course of the day, Lefkas, Cephalonia, (or Kefalonia) and Ithaca. On the way you'll stop at unspoiled beaches for swimming, sunbathing and snorkeling if you want -- with an instructor to hand. You may even catch sight of dolphins and flying fish on the way.

We have 3 friendly Yoga teachers who teach up to 4 classes a day in various different styles -- Karen, our centre manager, has been with us for the past five years and gets glowing reviews every week - Andreas, our Italian friend who has had experience teaching all over the world, and Andrea from Canada who also teaches Pilates.

We work closely with the Wildwind Holidays sailing centre too -- one of the best sailing schools in the world -- and if you want you can join in sailing and kayaking taster sessions -- accompanied by RYA qualified instructors.

As well as our activities we also include a free ½ hour massage with your holiday -- again you can choose your style from Swedish to Thai to reflexology to hot stones.

We also offer workshops during certain times of the year including walking weeks, T'ai Chi, Reiki, Bikini Ready Body weeks, painting weeks and Summer Solstice weeks

Not included but well worth a half day out is our amazing Herbal walk into the interior of the island where you can discover the abundant variety of plant life on the island and how these plants are used as herbs for cooking and as traditional remedies.
