Autor y ciudadano, nacido en La Vega (1962), Región del Cibao, República Dominicana. Actualmente, concluye un ensayo, sobre cómo el y la ciudadano/a común el hombre y la mujer de a pié-está utilizando, en su proceso creativo, en sus propias introspecciones -como en la coordinación de iniciativas y aprendizajes- la Internet y las oportunidades digitales, en la vida cotidiana del Gran Caribe y República Dominicana (1990-2007).
