It's weird being a Swedish speaking Englishman. All those English language theme tunes and then Bamse Björn. And the Raggy Dolls was translated to Swedish?!

The lady who was to become my wife and I played this game a lot in the winter of '05. So, of course, this music means something to us. I'm now going to pore over this video in order to learn how to play it on me steel string guitar.

On both the ferry to Olkhon island and on the speedboat bus to Koh Mak of Thailand, I sang this tune to my wife. Cracked her up both times. We spent most of the winter of '05 playing this game.

This was my first Zelda game. I'm now two sages away from the end of Ocarina of Time. I used to hate this music. It is totally unhummable due to the weird time signature they chose, but listening to it now, I like the way they reprise some of the themes from the earlier games.

The Old English and its pronunciation in this show is a bit dodgy at times, but it is nice to hear Old English on telly.

That first spell sounds like 'Nu hoppath swylce swatheod'. Now dance like the Swedish nation.

Though, on re-listening, I think that last word may be 'swathuleoma' - firelight.

Brilliant! After just a short amount of practice with this picking technique, I'm faster and have a much better tone. It still feels weird, but even so it's much better than my old picking technique which I've using for over 15 years.

I'd like to echo what others have said. That very last part is missing from the previous video. Careful watching and listening tells me that on that 5,2,1,5, the second string is fretted at the first fret.

Other than that, this is a truly amazing series of instructional videos.

Curse my heavy gauge steel strings and my short chubby fingers. Those bars are killing me.
