YES!+, the flagship course of WAYE, is an innovative life skill program which provides the participants with tools they need to make responsible life decisions while developing a broader vision along with cultivating leadership potential.

Through this participatory immersive workshop, they break through personal barriers, old habits or inhibitions that might have otherwise held them back. The profound techniques help participants enhance their lives and inspire and equip them to contribute substantially to society through their careers and service.

Empowered YES!+ graduates have organized and participated in societal reform projects such as Blood Donation drives, Mission Green Earth, Aurwantand project, The March against terrorism and corruption among others.

Participants have reported that they are now better equipped to handle their emotions. Also, they shared of increased physical stamina, enhanced interpersonal skills and decrease in stress levels.
