I'm just expressing my feelings on relationships and life due to experiencing them during my lifetime or, simply just because I've witnessed and observed certain scenarios. In which they thought me to be a better person with knowledge and a great strength to face what's in front of me. If u don't agree well I apologize and don't bother to hate or post bad comments because ur just wasting ur time. And for those that agree with me I appreciate ur honesty and support so here it goes...
FRIENDS: When someone says I'm your friend you should think to yourself is this a friend of convenience, good times, or someone that will be there for me when I need them or, will find time to listen to what I have to say. It's true that some friends are backstabbers or will do anything possible to manipulate us. But we shouldn't let them slow us down or give them the joy of seeing us alone, because later on we will regret not enjoying those wonderful experiences and moments with those that TRULY care about us and give us their friendship. Don't let pride and anger stop you from meeting great people. And if it doesn't work out, move on with your life. Go out and meet great human beings that know what a friendship consists of: trust, respect, and caring for one another.
LOVE: When someone says I love you ,we should think to ourselves what do they mean? Something serious, an adventure, or a one-night stand. Many times we fall in love with the wrong person and believe we will never be able to get over such pain as caused by cheating, lying, or the other person simply not loving us. When that happens most say you are better off alone then with bad company, but in the long run we just end up hurting ourselves for not giving ourselves and others the chance of loving and valuing us how we truly are. Who said a marriage certificate proves love ? What matters are the feelings, the honesty, and support a couple gives each other. If someone loves you they will prove it by their actions because words alone don't prove anything.
SUCCESS: For some, it's easier to understand certain materials at school or have that stable job. But for others, it's a daily struggle due to language barriers, disabilities, or other issues we might have that we don't even know about. Whatever the case, we shouldn't put ourselves down. We should do our best each and everyday. There are people out there that are great help and support. Even if it takes us hours, months, or years to get better at something, we shouldn't let that slow us down. Just look at it this way: if I have gone through tough situations like family separations, loneliness, deaths, break ups, financial issues, etc., I can get over irritating and tough situations such as the one I'm going through right now. Who knows? After a long time of struggle, we might even end up being better at that something, or better than the ones that surround us. All thanks to our positive way of looking at things, our desire to change, and the courage to demonstrate YES I CAN!!!!!
